Starting Point is the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) at the Macon County Health Department. This unit was established through the Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA) and East Central Illinois Area Agency on Aging (ECIAAA) in 1996 to serve seniors and persons with physical disabilities in Macon County. The ADRC strives to provide programs, services, and assistance to help eligible Macon County residents stay in their homes living independently as long as possible.
