Eligibility
Children birth –18 years of age that meet the requirement of the Vaccine for Children Program.  Children are eligible if they are on a Medical card , have no health insurance, or health insurance that does not pay for vaccines. There is no income limit.  Adult vaccines are available for the cost of the vaccine plus administration fee.

Cost:
There is currently a $10.00 Administration charge for each vaccine.  The Macon County Health Department does purchase vaccines for adults, those with health insurance that pays for immunizations and foreign travel.  These immunizations are charged at the cost of the vaccine plus an administration charge.  Influenza and Pneumococcal Vaccine charges very each season and will be posted as soon as they are determined

             (appointment only for children 2 - 24 months of age)
             - 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
               
(appointment only for children 2 - 24 months of age)
Wednesday - 1:00 - 3:30 p.m.
             (for birth-adults walk-in clinic no appointments taken)
